Terms and Conditions
- Benson's is a no-smoking establishment
- A £20 deposit for each room booked will be
required with the balance on arrival
- We are unable to accept credit/debit cards
- For advance bookings we reserve the right to re-let
your room if a deposit is not received
- If you have to cancel we will refund your deposit
if we can re-let the room
- Rooms are usually available from 3pm
- Late night arrivals must be agreed in advance
- We ask that you vacate your room by 10am on the day
of departure
- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children
or pets
