Terms and Conditions

 

  • Benson's is a no-smoking establishment
  • A £20 deposit for each room booked will be required with the balance on arrival
  • We are unable to accept credit/debit cards
  • For advance bookings we reserve the right to re-let your room if a deposit is not received
  • If you have to cancel we will refund your deposit if we can re-let the room
  • Rooms are usually available from 3pm
  • Late night arrivals must be agreed in advance
  • We ask that you vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children or pets
